This means an ever- increasing asset management and asset realisation issue, including logistics, environmental legislation e.g. The WEEE Directive, public relations and the maximisation of shareholder returns.

Our services fulfil the legal duty of care and are tailored to an organisations individual requirements, We provide a complete auditable service to allow for asset registry management. This includes

A logistics operation that can handle the effective removal and storage of sensitive equipment from multiple locations on a nationwide (or, indeed, international) basis using directly employed staff, operating specialist transport and handling equipment, to ISO 9002 standards.

 

Site Survey Form

Minimisation of the time our staff spend on site and inconvenience to our clients by Completion of a Site Survey Form.

Using roll cages or tubs for moving the equipment on site, and in some cases, leaving these on site prior to collection for the client to utilise, helping reduce storage space. Typically empty cages or tubs would be left on site when a collection is made.

Recording on an Asset Tracking System, providing full traceability of all individual items.

 

After collection, production
of reports detailing:

• Company Name

• Collection Address

• Collection Date

• Collection Number and for each item collected

• Reference Number

• Part Number

• Full description including manufacturers name,
  CPU speed, Memory configuration, Disc configuration etc

• Serial Number

• Asset Number

UK and European Legislation

Fully comprehensive "ALL RISKS" goods in transit, storage and public and employers liability insurance with insured limits of £10,000,000.

Our services satisfy all the UK and European LEGISLATION with regard to the disposal of IT equipment but equally and ensure that REVENUE GENERATING ASSETS are maximised for the benefit of the customer.
